Scammers are busy at work in an effort to take advantage of the vulnerabilities that have been caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) warns individuals to remain vigilant for scams related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The health and safety of our staff, customers, and community remain our top priorities as we monitor the local impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). In effort to reduce face-to-face interaction, Columbia Bank has closed its five branches to unscheduled lobby traffic effective March 20, 2020.

Our dedication to serving our customers will not be affected during this time. In addition to drive-through window services available at all of our branches Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our Lake City Commons Branch, we encourage you to:

  • Download our free mobile app for on-the-go banking.

We understand that some urgent services must be facilitated in our lobby. If you must meet with your Columbia Bank advisor for immediate needs such as loan closings, please contact him or her directly to schedule a meeting. Please refrain from scheduling an appointment if you have recently traveled out of the country, been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19, or are displaying cold or flu symptoms. We ask all visitors to wash your hands before and after your visit.
